OUR CURRENT FOCUS

MAR-DAV ORPHANAGE:

A new child has been added to the orphanage. Our total now is 26 precious children.  In the past few years almost 400 orphanages have been shut down due to horrible care of the children.  People in the area and the Ministry of Orphanages continue to reach out to Ertha to care for more children. Financial assistance is needed to provide the good care they need and deserve.

The Earthquake of Aug, 2021 devastated the Orphanage main building where the children slept.  Since then, the boys have been sleeping in tents, a  temporary shelter, and now share kitchen space.  We are focusing on building a much needed boys dormitory, restroom, and study area to be built on top of the foundation of the destroyed building.

Please consider donating to the Orphanage.  Thank you!

OUR LADY OF PERPETUAL HELP SCHOOL:

There is a need for matching donation (up to $2,500) for establishing a computer classroom for the 7,8, and 9th gradesThis will include 10 computers.

The school recently celebrated 25 years in June! This year the Ministry of Education in Haiti will be testing all 9th grade students on computers before they can enter Secondary School. There are no computers in the school to teach these children.  The school has 350 students.  Please consider a donation to this cause. Thank You!
