 ─ HAITI CHILDREN’S OUTREACH

Hope Begins With a Child.

Serving children and families in Trou-Bois, Haiti through education, loving care, faith and community.

Every child deserves a safe place to learn, grow and belong.

 ─ WHO WE ARE

Rooted in faith. Centered on children.

Haiti Children’s Outreach is a faith-rooted nonprofit supporting children and families in Trou-Bois through education, loving residential care and community outreach.

What began with one woman teaching local children to read has grown into a school, an orphanage and a circle of care built by local leaders, churches, donors and friends.

 ─ MEET OUR CHILDREN

Every story is held with dignity.

Our children are students, singers, friends, helpers, dreamers and beloved members of a family.

We share selected stories with care—focusing on each child’s journey, personality, progress and hope without exposing private details.

 ─ FAITH IN ACTION

A simple “yes” became a growing mission.

In 1997, Ertha Papillon welcomed children into her home to teach them to read and write. When more needs appeared, she kept saying yes.
